Thank you for supporting Unlimited Mulligans Golf. Each order helps support a small, independent brand. Please review the information below regarding how and when your order will ship.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after your order confirmation is received.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been fulfilled.

During product launches or limited releases, processing times may be slightly longer due to order volume.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method unless a promotional offer applies.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

- Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days  
- Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Promotional Free Shipping

Unlimited Mulligans Golf may offer free shipping promotions from time to time, including during product launches, seasonal events, or community offers.

These promotions:
- Are valid only during the advertised period  
- May require a discount code  
- Apply to standard shipping only unless otherwise stated  
- May include minimum purchase requirements  
- Can be modified or discontinued at any time without notice

Free shipping promotions are not redeemable for cash and do not apply retroactively to previous orders.

Shipping Carriers

We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or comparable services, depending on the most efficient option.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.  
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Unlimited Mulligans Golf is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If a package is returned due to an address error, the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs to resend it.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier.

We are not liable for shipping delays, lost, or stolen packages but will assist where reasonably possible.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include your order number and photos so we can help resolve the issue.

Shipping Area

At this time, we ship only within the United States.
