Thank you for supporting Unlimited Mulligans Golf. Because many of our products are released in limited quantities, we ask that you review your order carefully before purchasing.

Returns

We accept returns only for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.

We do not accept returns for reasons such as:
- Change of mind  
- Incorrect size selection  
- Normal wear or use  
- Items purchased during limited releases once worn or used

We do not offer self-serve returns. Please email us to request a return.

To request a return, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:
- Your order number  
- A description of the issue  
- Photos if the item is damaged or incorrect

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for how to proceed.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Condition of Returned Items

Approved returns must be:
- Unworn and unused  
- In original condition with tags attached  
- In original packaging

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges due to limited inventory.

If a return is approved, you may place a new order (subject to product availability).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you of the refund status.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.  
Processing time may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Final Sale Items

All sale items, gift cards, and limited-release products are considered final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon arrival.  
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can make it right.
